Who are The Hounds?
Chowhounds are people who live to eat, inspired by the culinary camaraderie of the Chowhound.com message boards. We are united in our never-ending hunt for great food of all types.
Anyone can be a Chowhound. Among us are Hounds of all ages and from all walks of life. Hounds gather several times a month, both formally and informally, to share discoveries with each other. We meet in person and online to share information about food, tips about restaurants, and where to find the best ingredients.
You needn’t be an expert to participate. If you, too, fret endlessly about making every bite count; if you’d grow weak from hunger rather than eat anything less than delicious, welcome to our community.
