9:00-11:00 am Site Setup

11:00 AM-12:00 PM Registration Open

12:00 PM Course One: Appetizers

12:45 pm Course Two: Entrées, Side Dishes, Salads & Breads

1:30 pm Tasting Game: Beers!!!

2:15 pm Course Three: Dessert

2:45 p.m. “Iron Chowhound” Demonstration

2:45 p.m. Cookbook swap
 
4:00 pm Picnic ends (Clean-up!)

The timing of the courses will allow each table to be fully stocked and photographed — please respect each course start time.
